The gasification power generation technique can greatly increase the waste combustion efficiency, improve smoke quality and reduce smoke emissions, especially with bigger advantages over incineration in terms of environmental protection. Refuse Derived Fuel(RDF)
RDF is made of the combustibles from wastes via the processes such as sorting,drying,etc. 


Refuse Derived Fuel(RDF) gasification power generation system 
RDF gasification power generation system is to convert RDF into combustible gas. It is then used as fuel in gas engine to generate electricity. RDF gasification is characteristic of small land requirement and environment friendly. It’s one of the most effective way of waste to energy solutions.

RDF gasification power generation systems are based on a modular concept and are applicable for 100-20000KW municipal waste power plant.
Requirement of RDF: humdity less than 20%,size 10-100mm 

The RDF gasification process includes three steps:
The First step is RDF gasification, which convert RDF into syngas. 
The Second step is syngas purification. The producer gas coming from gasifier usually contains contaminants including dust, coke, tar and etc. The contaminants will be removed by the purification system to ensure normal operation of gas engine. 
The Third step is power generating in gas engine. The high temperature exhaust gas may be reused by waste-heat-boiler to generate steam or hot water for civil or industrial use.
